NPSS provide specialised services for our most vulnerable young people in society,who are faced with unique challenges on their path from childhood to adolescence between the years of 16 -24 which is known as the transitional phrase.

Our dedication team have undergone an intense robust training to ensure they obtain a high quality knowledge and expertise to provide a safe, equipped and nurturing environment to enable young people within our care to reach their full potential within a place they can call home.

Prior to welcoming young people within our homes we make contact with local services to create an accessible pathways for them and eliminate any potential barriers they may have faced. From our active communication with external parties with have created opportunities within educational, training, employment , social, recreational and transportation options to advocate for our young people to become positive members of their communities

With safe staffing level and a consistent approach with have provide stability and warmth through our structured therapeutic models which has led to many positive outcomes within our services which has formed effective working partnership with local and distance councils.
