Referral Process

We take the time to listen all your referral requirements.

For each referral we will conduct:

A review of the young people history and circumstances.
An assessment as to whether the young people meets the admission criteria. An assessment related to the composition of the scheme’s current residents.

Emergency admissions will be accepted, provided that the above information has been supplied to consider the appropriateness of the placement. We do matching risk assessments prior to placing in our shared homes.

Important to know

Every person's placement strategy is regularly reviewed by us. To make sure the plan is up to date, suitable, and pertinent to the requirements of the service user, consultations are held with the service user and members of our senior social and clinical team.To recommend someone, just click the following link.  Please contact the on-call service manager on M: 0779 551 5050 (24 hours, including emergency referral number) if your referral is urgent.
