We are a specialised hospital avoidance admission service for young people between the ages of 16-24 with complex mental health conditions. We provide residential accommodation with onsite therapy support to ensure we meet the needs of our young people.

We work closely with local and wide authorities, acute and community CAMHs teams, CCGs and health and social commissioners to avoid tier 4 admissions by providing holistic care, support and education within the community.-

•Attendance at multiple professional meetings from pre-admission onwards.

•Clinical input into our young people care planning and review.

•Attend staffing team meetings to provide clinical guidance on how to support our young people.
